Transcending the Levels of Consciousness David R. Hawkins

A couple of the books that she highly recommended were Power Vs. Hawkins is an experienced M.D., Ph.D. Whose books share many insights into how we can transcend the emotional pain and challenges of human life. It is no simple coincidence that the evolution of levels of consciousness have parallels in biological evolution (from matter/nature to life/body to mind) . We are honored (beyond words) to be joined by David today and we'll be sure to provide a lively, intimate, fun, loving and scientific look into transcending the levels of consciousness. There's a book called Transcending the Levels of Consciousness, where David Hawkins lists the "attractions and aversions" at each level. In Transcending the Levels of Consciousness there is a very simple but profound summary of the qualities and attitudes required to make spiritual “progress” (progress is something of a misnomer, but I won't go into that here). At this level, consciousness transcends the mind and the intellect and operates at the level of intuition. It just puts you on one side of the dualities of your life. It's too long to list here though. The next level of consciousness represents the state of Ananda as given in sutra 1.17. Transcending the Levels of Consciousness explores the ego's expressions and inherent limitations and gives detailed explanations and instructions on how to transcend them.
